48 Hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.

One time roll over of security deposit, any reschedule after the first will result into a new security deposit.

Cancellation or Rescheduling within 24 hours or the DAY OF your appointment will result in CHARGE of FULL SERVICE.

Please be on time. Being late 10 minutes will result in an additional $15 fee.

Being late 15 minutes or more will result to a reschedule.

A non refundable security deposit is required to hold your time slot and it must be sent within 6 hours of booking.

Security Deposits:

$50 for any Lash Services, $20 for any Brow Waxing or Lamination Services, $100 for any PMU Ombré Powder Brows Services

Deposit will go towards your service and remaining balance will be paid in CASH ONLY at the end of your appointment.

All services/sales are final. Security deposits are non-refundable.

If for some reason you are unhappy with something you have 1-3 business days to let me know so I can fix it for you free of charge.

Anything past the 1-3 day mark, there will be a fee.

Please wear a mask at all times. Your temperature will be taken prior to the appointment.

Shower the night before your appointment because you cannot wet your lashes or brows for 24-48 hours after application.

Please come with a clean face, no moisturizers/oil based products & no eye makeup. Any leftover residue will result in a cleaning fee of $10.

Dress comfortably and appropriate to weather conditions.

Please do not drink any caffeinated/energy drinks prior to your appointment.
